The prophet, priest, and king realms of leadership are integral parts of any team. The prophet's goal is creativity. He provides inspiration to the team. By meditation he produces vision for the team. The priest's gift is communication, and he works to build strong relationships within the team. The priest receives the vision from the prophet and develops the skills, character, and covenant relationships for use by the king. The king's gift is execution. He receives vision from the prophet and the benefit of covenant relationships from the priest and fosters productivity in the organization. He manages the resources to generate the organization's product.
